Outside The Chute sat down and chatted with the owner and founder of DK Softball and current member of the U23 Canadian Men’s National Team, Dallas Kipfer.
Dallas is one of those up and coming talents here in Canada that is not only showing his talents on the field but also giving back in a big way by training other athlete’s in the game as well with his DK Softball.
On the field, Dallas is a two time National Champion, winning Midget in 2017 and Junior in 2021. At those 2017 Midget Nats, he was top batter and All-Star 3rd base. Last season he was an All-Canadian competing at the Junior Nats in Carp, Ontario with Owen Sound, where he captured a silver medal. He’s now gearing up to represent Canada down in Argentina in April at the U23 WBSC Men’s World Cup.
We’re gonna talk to Dallas about getting his start in the game, representing Canada at the Junior World’s in 2018 on home soil, starting DK Softball, expectations for Team Canada down in Argentina and much, much more.
Dallas was an absolute beauty to chat with. Not only am I excited to see what's in store on the field for him but also with the athlete development side of things as well.
